- Certificates and Medals: Sent via postal service.
- Top 40 Artworks Exhibition: Offline exhibition at Jawahar Kala Kendra, Jaipur.
- Memorabilia: Presented to the top 10 selected artists during the exhibition ceremony.
- Deadline: August 30, 2024.
- Fee: ₹300.
Rules and Submission Guidelines:
- Submit your painting via Google Form.
- Use the QR code provided in the Google Form to pay the fee.
- One award will be given in each category.
- Selected artists will be notified via email.
- Successful and selected artists must send their original artwork to the provided address via courier for the exhibition.
- Artists must bear the cost of courier services both ways.
- If an artwork is sold during the exhibition, 85% of the sale price will be transferred to the artist’s bank account within 7 days, while the institution will retain 15%.
- During the exhibition, artists will be honored, and a memorabilia will be presented.
- Unsold artworks will be returned to the artists either via courier or hand-to-hand.
- Selected artists must pay a support fee of ₹600 per artwork to the institution for the exhibition display.
